Falmouth BID Manager
Salary: £40,000
Hours: Full Time (40 hours), office based
Falmouth Business Improvement District (BID) is looking for an exceptional candidate to continue with the delivery of its dynamic programme of place-based activity.
​
With direction from the board of directors, you will lead Falmouth BID, while working in partnership with Falmouth Town Council – the award-winning Falmouth Town Team – to deliver our 2024-2029 Business Plan, which secured a 90% YES vote in November 2023.
Your role will include:

Overseeing the delivery of the five-year business plan

Championing local businesses and shaping place strategy
-
Delivering a wide range of projects across destination marketing, events and festivals, business support and public realm that support BID stakeholder businesses and enhance the Falmouth offer

Building upon extremely successful partnerships to influence key policy decisions that may affect or provide opportunity for Falmouth

Delivering a successful renewal ballot in 2029
