About the Event
As the summer holidays draw in, it's time to reflect on one of MHCLG's flagship policies for bringing empty properties back into use.
It's now over 18 months since High Street Rental Auctions became active under the Levelling Up and Regeneration Act 2023. How many local authorities are engaging in the process? What obstacles have they had to overcome? What successes are we seeing as a result of the new powers? And, what support is available for those who want to start the process?
Local authorities, property owners, asset managers and BIDs across England are invited to join us for the final High Street Conversations before the summer break where we will be joined by MHCLG’s High Streets Policy Lead, Vicki Bidwell.
