The latest a UK General Election can take place is 11 months from now. However, we could be just days away from one being called.

Either way, when the election comes, there is a very likely to be a seismic shift in UK politics with so many senior politicians not contesting their seat.

Everything is to play for. With significant challenges for local government finance posing a very real threat to the place management industry wrapped up with business rates being a drag on business viability, we have to be prepared to make our case to the next generation of MPs and ministers.
