The latest stats are in from the British Retail Consortium Crime Survey, and the news is grim. Violence and abuse on the shopfloor is increasing.

Retail has been a lightning rod for crimes that have undermined the viability of the sector. However, the challenges around crime is not exclusive to shop. Crime is endemic in other sectors and places in town centres.

This session of High Street Conversations will provide an update on crime, exploring the BRC Crime Survey in detail before looking at various campaigns and best practice across the ATCM network.
