Debenhams fits this category. For generations, this department store was THE anchor tenant occupying large, sometimes historic properties on multiple stores. The process of de-anchoring and finding a new tenant to replace like-for-like is often so difficult that much more creative solutions are required. So, what solutions are different towns exploring as they seek to replace their Debenhams?
