About the Event
Creating a family-friendly destination is not easy, but it is incredibly important for town and city centres. Having the ability to attract kids of all ages is mission-critical in building pride of place and being able to showcase the 'social high street'.
This meeting of the ATCM South West network will explore Bristol's efforts to achieve exactly this. Delegates will learn about the 'Playful Broadmead' scheme introduced this summer by Bristol BID.
We will also discuss the policy landscape with the introduction of Andy Burnham to No 10 and explore what this means for key issues like devolution, business rates, and high streets in general.
