About the Event

The evening and night-time economy continues to struggle. There is relentless upward pressure on costs while changing consumer behaviour means downward pressure on patronage. Do we need more than just tinkering and ad hoc business support? Do we need rethink our strategy to ENTE?

At this ATCM roundtable, prior to the Purple Flag Awards, we are going to have a strategic discussion on what we can do to support our towns and cities after dark. We will discuss ideas around a more pro-business approach to licensing, leaning into the ‘silver pound’ by making our ENTEs more suitable for an older demographic. We’ll explore what other initiatives could be considered and provide the latest on public policy around ENTE across the UK and Ireland.

This meeting is open to all members of the ATCM and prospective members that would like to find out more about the ATCM.
