ATCM East of England: Tackling Organised Crime on the High Street

Organised crime on the high street has emerged as a multi-faceted challenge. It brings criminal activity out into the open. It undermines perceptions of the high street. Worse, criminal enterprises are squeezing out legitimate businesses. So, how do we respond?

The next meeting of the ATCM East of England network will discuss how Dunstable Town Council is responding to the challenge through landlord engagement. Delegates will get the chance to discuss raising awareness amongst key stakeholders to overcome the problem.

We will also discuss the policy landscape with the introduction of Andy Burnham to No 10 and explore what this means for key issues like devolution, business rates, and high streets in general.
