Bromley Council’s Regeneration Team are looking for a new Town Centres & BID Development Manager.  This is an exciting time to joining the organisation, with opportunities to develop town centres in response to changing economic trends and shopping behaviour.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the four existing BIDs within the borough and for the development of new BIDs.  The post holder will also lead on developing partnerships with key stakeholders in other town centres in the borough.
 
We are looking for a candidate with a relevant degree or relevant experience commensurate with the requirements of the post, be able to adjust to demands and define priorities, work rapidly and accurately.  The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with both Council officers and external partners, be able to adjust to demands and define priorities, work efficiently and accurately.
 
The post is offered on a part time basis (29 hours per week) and is a fixed term post for 12 months.
