BID Levy Collection Self-Billing
Vicinity and The BIDs Business invite expressions of interest for pilot programme
Are you running a BID that would like to take control of its primary income stream?
Vicinity has teamed up with Dr Julie Grail of The BIDs Business to help move the industry forward. Building on the work Julie has already completed with Worcester BID in 2022, Vicinity is collaborating with The BIDs Business to work with up to 5 BIDs as part of a pilot programme to guide them through the process to collect their own levy and provide a technical solution to make it as easy as possible.
Through the pilot, the team will work with you to:
-
Guide you through the process from start to finish including necessary authorisation
-
Get the appropriate documentation and agreement in place
-
Create an accurate and up-to-date billing list
-
Ensure bills and associated documents are issued correctly and on time
-
Create a technical solution to allow for data to be exchanged between Vicinity and the BID's accounting system, automate business processes and allow better quality reporting on collections
If you are looking to improve your experience with levy collection, then use this opportunity to take control of your primary income stream. Collect your revenue quicker and more efficiently and strengthen your relationship with your levy payers.
