Location: RTWT BID Office, Royal Tunbridge Wells Town Centre, Kent


Employment Type: Full Time


Normal Working days are Monday – Friday but the post holder is expected to work some evenings and weekends to meet the requirements of the business


Salary: £43,000 – £45,000 depending on experience


Holidays: 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

Royal Tunbridge Wells Together (RTWT) BID was launched on 1 April 2019 and has made great progress in the first 6 months.
 

It now seeks a dynamic and motivated BID Director, with experience in stakeholder, project and people management, and preferably experience of running a Business Improvement District (or Town Centre Management organisation), to help take RTWT BID forward and deliver the initiatives set out in the BID’s Business Plan.
 

Royal Tunbridge Wells Together BID levy payers are from a range of sectors including national and independent retailers, professional services (financial, insurance and legal), creative & media, cultural organisations and tourism & hospitality. The town has a well-deserved reputation as a destination town with a rich heritage offer and beautiful countryside nearby.
