Salary: circa £31,000 to £34,000 dependant on experience
Working Hours: This post will be based 3 days a week in Northampton and 2 days a week at sites across the country.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our successful and growing company and support us in our delivery of services.
Specific remits are:
To support the businesses of the Northampton Town Centre Business Improvement District (BID) to achieve their aim of delivering the objectives in their business plan. This will be done by working alongside other contractors to interpret ideas into practical deliverable actions and coordinating activity and project management to enable the delivery of the BID plan. (3 days per week)
To support pfbb UK in the development and renewal of BIDs and the delivery of BID projects for Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) across the country. This will be done by liaising with and developing strong relationships with businesses, police, local and county councils, interpreting ideas into practical deliverable actions and coordinating activity. (2 days a week)
Work will be based across a minimum of 2 sites, one of which will be Northampton.
The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, highly organised with attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a good team player with the ability to work on their own initiative and prioritise their workload. They will be delivery focused not process driven. Experience in marketing and budget management. This post will require a clean driving license and car, and a willingness to be flexible in working some evenings and occasional weekends.
