BACKGROUND

Following the announcement of a successful ballot in March, a Business Improvement District is being set up in Ilkley town centre, with the aim of making Ilkley a more vibrant and prosperous town where visitor numbers increase and businesses flourish because of this. 

Ilkley is a town which is going places, with ambitious development proposals underway in what is already a charming & historic town centre and an exciting opportunity has now arisen for a BID Manager to help drive forward this positive momentum.

The BID Board are seeking an exceptional candidate with significant and successful experience of working with businesses within a town centre environment, preferably within the context of a BID, Town Centre Partnership, Retail Management or similar.  Candidates must be able to work with specific and agreed KPI’s and SLA’s.
