Background to the Bath BID Company
The Bath BID Company, is recruiting a General Manager to lead The Bath BID Company in the historic city location of Bath. This is a unique opportunity at an exciting time for the Bath BID, as we head towards re-election for a third term. Management of city centres is constantly evolving and changing to meet the needs of residents, businesses and a steady stream of visitors. Therefore, the successful candidate will need to be an experienced dynamic and competent leader, relationship builder and operational manager.
The Bath BID Company General Manager will run its operations and lead a team to support the city centre providing a high quality one stop shop for the businesses operating in Bath City centre.
This is a demanding and exciting role which provides an opportunity to help shape future success for Bath Businesses and the wider community.
Annual holiday entitlement: 28 days, excluding statutory bank holidays.
Working week: 40 hours. No paid overtime. There will be some weekend working.
Pension: Company pension scheme.
Salary: OTE of £60k comprising core salary and discretionary bonus structure.
