ATCM Midlands Network

The West Midlands comprises the western counties of Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire; the three unitary authorities of Herefordshire, Stoke-on-Trent and Telford & Wrekin; and the seven metropolitan districts of Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Sandwell, Solihull, Walsall and Wolverhampton.

The East Midlands is at the heart of Britain. It is made up of the five 'shire' counties of Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire, plus the newly re-formed county of Rutland.

Aftab set up Rugby First in 2005 and has successfully led it through its third ballot. It has one of the widest mandate covering Town Hosts, CCTV, Cleaning and Marketing activities. Previously he worked in National retail management covering various regions with much of his business experience gained through a ‘can do/hands on approach.
