With over £520 million of investment taking place in Ashford Town Centre, including a new College Campus, cinema, restaurants, hotel, offices, homes and a new Curious Brewery visitor centre, we are looking for a dynamic regeneration professional to help maximise the benefits for town centre businesses and local residents.
Building on the success of projects such as Love Ashford and Made in Ashford, the Town Centre Regeneration Manager will need to establish and deliver a programme of projects, events and activity to stimulate the vitality and viability of Ashford Town Centre, increasing footfall and spend.
Ashford is looking for a creative individual with retail, marketing or hospitality experience. Someone who understands the changing face of town centres, who can develop project ideas and strong partnerships with excellent organisational and management skills. Someone with the ability to use digital content successfully to promote activity and communicate with businesses and residents.
