Leigh Brown is the Chair of the ATCM, is a board member of the Scotland Towns Partnership and sits on the Cross Party Group for Town Centres in Holyrood, Edinburgh. She has been City Centre Manager of Perth for 5 years.
Emma Thornton is CEO of Visit Cambridge and Beyond which is the Destination Management Organisation responsible for delivering tourism services in Cambridge and the surrounding area. Emma is a board member of ATCM and former Chair of the ATCM East Network.
Sarah Walker is the Purple Flag and ENTE Programme Manager at ATCM and has been with us for 3 years. During this time she has helped to grow the Purple Flag Programme, currently now at over 70 locations in the UK and Ireland and has also helped to deliver on projects, campaigns and new documentation to support the programme.
Ojay McDonald leads on public policy for ATCM. In this role he works with Government Ministers, parliamentarians, economic development professionals, business leaders and place-makers across the UK and Ireland to support town and city centres. He works on a range of policy issues including tax reform, local government finance, the EU and UN Urban Agenda, devolution, the Northern Powerhouse, transport, housing, planning, retail and urban regeneration.
