The Good Practice Guide reflects and summarises the three year's experience of the action based research for the National BID Pilot.

This Guide is designed to deliver practical information ensuring all BID practitioners have ample resources at their fingertips. Based on grass roots experience from partnerships developing a BID from the initial concept, galvanising support through to 'going for the vote', this guide provides a wealth of information based on the many lessons learnt.
