Tony Bennett, BSc, FRICS. Director:Property Management, PRUPIM Tony joined PRUPIM in 1988 after gaining experience in local government and private practice. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. In his time at PRUPIM, Tony has gained extensive experience of managing property portfolios across a broad spectrum of property types and locations.

He was closely involved in the successful BIDs for Ealing Broadway – one of the ATCM pilot projects – and Birmingham Retail, and is currently on the Board of Reading City Centre Management CIC Ltd. Tony is currently responsible for GreenPark, Reading – a 180 acre business park on the outskirts of Reading; and is Asset Manager for PRUPIM’s Socially Responsible Property Investment portfolio – an initiative involving a £500m portfolio, where PRUPIM are seeking to implement a series of low cost/high impact actions to reduce the carbon footprint across those properties, and eventually across all Funds and Portfolios under their management. PRUPIM is a corporate champion of ATCM and has been represented on the Board for many years.
