Tony Bennett, BSc, FRICS. Director:Property Management, PRUPIM Tony joined PRUPIM in 1988 after gaining experience in local government and private practice. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. In his time at PRUPIM, Tony has gained extensive experience of managing property portfolios across a broad spectrum of property types and locations.

Diane is a founding Director of Springboard, the leading provider of automated footfall monitoring services for town centres in the UK. Springboard works with Town Centre Management Initiatives and BID’s to provide an essential KPI against which performance can be demonstrated, and it is establishing a National High Street Benchmark which is the only measure of town centre performance based wholly on footfall in the high street.
