ATCM Membership - Join Us Now
For those admitted to membership during the year, the following fee proportion is payable:
1 January - 31 March Full Fee
1 April - 30 June 75%
1 July - 30 September 50%
A member admitted after 30 September will pay 125% of the annual subscription, providing membership through to the end
of the following membership year.
For your convenience you can join electronically and pay online using all popular credit and debit cards. Or you may join manually buy downloading the adjacent form.
Our online system automatically offers the currently available membership period based upon the month of the year.
There are several types of ATCM membership available for immediate sign-up online. You simply need to select the appropriate type and applicable price banding.
All prices are exclusive of VAT. Our system will automatically add the VAT if you are based within the EU.
ATCM Corporate Membership (12 months)
This is open to any organisation. Up to six named individuals within the organisation will be entitled to receive membership benefits; one as a Full Member and five as Affiliate Members.
Full ATCM Membership (12 months)
Band 1:
(a) Town/city centre initiatives/local authorities responsible for urban
centre(s) under 50,000 population
(b) Prospective BIDs or BIDs with levy under £400,000
(c) Companies/organisations employing 5 or fewer people at time of application
Band 2:
(a) Town/city centre initiatives/local authorities responsible for urban centre(s) between 50,001 and 200,000 population
(b) BIDs with levy of £400,001 to £750,000
(c) Companies/organisations employing 6 - 25 people at time of application
Band 3:
(a) Town/city centre initiatives/local authorities responsible for urban centre(s) over 200,001 population
(b) BIDs with levy above £750,001
(c) Companies/organisations employing 26 or more people at time of application
ATCM Affiliate Membership (12 months)
Affiliate membership is only open to co-workers/directors in an existing Full Membership organisation/company and to Town Councils where the next tier of local government is a Full Member.
ATCM Academic and Overseas Membership (12 months)
Academic and Overseas Membership is open to those employed full time by an academic institution in the UK or to individuals and organisations outside the UK
ATCM Student Membership (12 months)
As a student with an interest in place management or a related field such as Town Planning, Geography, Business Studies, Marketing etc, you are taking the first step towards a highly rewarding career. By being a Student Member of the ATCM you will not only demonstrate your commitment to the profession but you can also participate in the Associations activities to share information, access best practice and promote Town Centre Management.
ATCM Student Membership has been created to help support students who are enrolled on appropriate accredited degree and diploma courses, with an interest in the management, development and delivery of town, city centres or places.
ATCM want to ensure that you realise your potential and achieve the highest standards during your time at university. The key benefits are as follows:

Students who become ATCM members receive almost the same benefits as an individual member and more for just £30 + VAT a year! Student Members will receive all the benefits of Full Membership except voting rights and hard copy mailings.
Who can be a Student Member of the ATCM?
To qualify for student membership, you will need to supply a photocopy of your current student card and confirm that you spend at least half of your time on academic work.
