The seminar will be led by Jacquie Reilly, BIDs Director, National BIDs Advisory Service, from the ATCM. Jacquie led the Government supported National BID Pilot project and wrote the Good Practice Guide which accompanies the BID legislation.
We will cover al the key facts you will need to consider for BID development. We will also provide practical examples which case studies from Liverpool, Market Harborough ands Cambridge. This will include experiences from successful BID ballots and renewals, unsuccessful BID ballots and BIDs currently being developed.
